Phone screen with HR. Standard script of questions. Panel Interview with three friendly field managers. Negotiated through the HR contact after the offer of employment was made. The phone screen, panel interview, and offer were all completed in 1.5 -2 weeks.

All standard behavioral questions. They generally did not stray from the script. They went right down the checklist but at times it was somewhat conversational.
