Easy phone interview with one recruiter. 2nd in person interview with 3 supervisors asking you about prior work experience and about 5-6 STAR style questions. Entire interview can be as little as 30 minutes to the most an hour.

Interview style - Behavioral- Must prepare interview by thinking about previous experiences you had that are related to the role you're interviewing for and preparing answers in the STAR response method, which is tricky for those re-entering the workforce after taking time away to care for children etc.

Met at job fair, got call from local office manager to discuss opportunity, had initial interview with 3 office supervisors, and lastly, had second interview with office manager and state manager. Got offer 2 weeks later but had to wait to start job 1 month and a half later.
