It was very smooth, and there were two rounds. You first get a call from the manager for an interview set up. One with the direct manager and another with two members of the team. Then, I got a call from the manager if I got the position.

Interview
I was asked to meet with one of the managers in a regional office. When I got there I was brought in and we reviewed my resume together. He then proceeded to ask me some questions and tried to work with me to find a good fit in one of their offices.
