Applied at a job fair, was given an interview the next day. Interview consisted of a 30 question 60 minute test followed by a 30 minute traditional interview. The test was rough because of the time restriction. The questions were not exactly hard but there were a lot of logic questions in which the obvious answer was incorrect. In the actual interview it was explained that if given an offer you don't know where you will be working until a few weeks before you ship out. You also have little to no control over your location. They asked for salary requirements in the interview so be ready for it. Considering the travel requirements and everything I felt like their salary was a bit low.

Question 1
The length of the test and the time limit. 2 minutes a question is fine if it is asking programing fundamentals but when nearly every question is a logic based trick question it is easy to run out of time.
Multilevel, looking to discern your ability to think outside of the box. There was a technical assessment component, and an IQ-like set of questions. You can be called into multiple interviews if you are seen as a potential. Moving is emphasized in the interview.
