Interview
I was called in for an interview, where I did great, then a follow up phone interview. I was told I would start next week, then I was called back 2 weeks later saying that the position was already filled, very unprofessional.

2 phone interviews, a team interview, and one last phone interview. Very slow process, took about 2 months which is why I didn't end up taking the job as I had an offer somewhere else.
the interview was easy but didnt get chance to ask questions at the end, which is unusual. each interview round lasted about less than one hour. typical questions like past experience and hypothetical qns.
