Behavioral Interview Process – There were twelve questions designed to elicit specific examples of my work history. Prior to the interview, I was told that I needed to answer every question with according to the “B-A-R” method - B for background, A for action taken, and R for results achieved. I found that only a little more than half of the questions actually seemed to relate to my past experience as an attorney or to the tasks that I thought would be expected of me as an attorney at this company.
