It was simple and straight. very apt for the position hired. past work experience, personality quiz, drug screening,BGC.i was screened by staffing agency first them i was interviewed by hiring manager.

How good was i on the technical skills that were expected by the position?
The HR and Management is very slow to provide updates. I had my interviews across "Months"
Interviews keep getting rescheduled as with no concern and respect towards the candidate's time and calendar.
And if you clear the interview they ask you for an early release from your organization and reject you if you can't. If the need is immediate, the interview shouldn't have been spanning over months.
