Behavior questions instead of assessing your actual qualifications. Depending on the position you may have 1-3 interviews and they will be a panel interview. The initial meeting with the head hunter is a joke, they're adding anyone they can to meet a quota.
They asked behavioral questions. Two managers conducted the interview. I believe they asked around 5 questions. "Tell us about a time you overcame adversity" etc... They took notes as I answered and they have to ask the same questions to each candidate.
