Interview
Phone interview with HR person about basics of job and my work history. After discussing salary I decided the job was not a good fit for me at this time.
There are two interviews. The first one is shorter, while the second is more in depth, In addition to this, there is a project/ task you have to complete. It is similar to other interview processes.

Interview
Multiple interview process. 1st group interview, 2nd Department Mange, 3rd Store Manger and 4th District Manager. Each interview the level of questions gets a bit more specific to the role itself but nothing you would not expect. Be ready to be asked to either evaluate a floor plan or remerchandise a section.
