I applied in-person. I interviewed at General Dynamics Information Technology (Sandy, UT) in Sep 2013
Interview
Very standard questions. The same questions to every one. They didn't take into consideration your past job performance, good or bad. They hired people who they knew were bad employees from their previous performance i.e. not showing up for work, poor attitude, poor evaluations, etc., based solely on a good interview. It was ridiculous.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at General Dynamics Information Technology (Sierra Vista, AZ) in Dec 2011
Interview
There wasn't really an interview because I was an employee referral. There was just a phone conversation with the hiring manager where he asked me questions about my experience training soldiers and some of my experience in Iraq. There was an immediate offer emailed to me that same day. The offer that was made was very reasonable at the time considering I only had less than a year of post secondary education and was enlisted for only 4 years.
