Applied via school website, networked with the employer at career fair and got the interview the very night. The interview was roughly 20 minutes. The interviewer kept checking the time on his phone and didn't seem to be interested in any of my answers. He went through my resume and asked a few questions about my past experience. He also asked about leadership and "what is the most innovative thing you've done in your life?".
