Highmark Health Associate Developer interview questions

Long, took a month to even get a phone interview and then another month to get the rejection email. Interview consisted of no technical questions asked by 2 people. One left after 15 minutes, why even bother? The job description stated that the position required Java knowledge with the opportunity to learn Pega yet the interviewers clearly didnt read the job description as the whole thing centered around Pega. The description also listed the experience as 0-1 year yet the interviewers appeared to want someone with more experience than that. The worst part is that it took over 2 months to be told no. Couldn't they notify candidates faster? After looking at some reviews here maybe this is a blessing.
