Interview
Overall took about 15-20 minutes. Asked a lot of situational questions like "What would you do if..." Friendly but somewhat awkward since they decided to do the interview in an extremely crowded food court.

What would you do if you caught an employee stealing?
Overall pleasant and relaxed experience. Dressing in your own personal style is encouraged. The interview process was very casual and relaxed. They want someone who will fit in the the culture and knows the products to better help customers.

Interview
They call you to set up an interview, then you visit the store. After an interview with the manager, they will get ahold of the district manager, who interviews you a second time. They then call you to let you know if you're hired.
