Interviewed for an HR role which I initially was excited about. My interviewer joined the call with an additional person who was also looking for someone to join their team, which caught me off guard a bit. They didn't really ask me questions about my work experience or history, and seemed focused on how I would work with their systems. The second individual on the call really didn't speak or have any questions at all, which seemed a little odd. Overall I could tell they weren't really interested and it felt like a massive waste of time.

Interview
I was contacted the same week I applied. Had two interviews over Zoom. The first with the HM and the second with the team. I guess someone on the team didn't like me because I received a generic rejection email one week after my second interview. I asked the recruiter for feedback but they did not respond.
horrific, they were mean and described the working conditions as slavery. At least they scare you away before you can even agree to work there. Saved myself from horrible experience.
