Interview
Interview process is very accurately depicted on the website.
First round started off with a 1:1 phone interview with 2 behavioral questions and some basic fit questions on a Wednesday. At the end of the interview the recruiter told me I made it to the next round and asked if it would be possible for me to come in that Friday for the second round. I eagerly said yes!
Second round on Friday entailed a case interview aiming at determining the thought process for candidates- how do they tackle problems. In addition to this there was a simple math problem (no calculator needed) and a behavioral interview that turned more into a conversation about the firm. I contacted the recruiter after a week to hear if I made to the next round and she told me I did and would be in touch shortly to schedule the third round.
Third round was not scheduled for another month and a half, until I had contacted Huron and said I received another offer and needed to come in. The third round entailed a breakfast with 2 other candidates and 3 consultants, and then 2 1:1 interviews with higher level employees in an attempt to gauge if I was a good fit for the organization. I was contacted that day with an offer.
Overall, everyone was EXTREMELY friendly, nice and wonderful throughout the entire process. Huron seems like a fantastic place to work! A lot of the process is about fit, so just be yourself.
