Interview
The interview process was fairly simple and laid back. I talked to the recruiter at my college career fair and was contacted a few days later by an HR person to set up an interview. It was supposed to be a Skype interview but they had a problem accessing Skype so it turned into 2 phone interviews with 2 different people back to back.
The interview process was pretty straightforward. Consisted of conversational nature and with the Marketing and Sales department heads. Asked me about my experience, passion and interest at Hyatt and why I want to work in a marketing role.
It was nice. The HR is very polite and asked me nice questions. Growth is there. Feel free to join. Salary is not that much but is doable. Interview was not hectic..it was nice
Easy, does not take a long time. The interviewer is friendly. Everything goes smoothly, also, the overall process is quick. Strongly recommend. And that is all, I don't know how to explain more.
