Interview
1. One hiring agency contacted me & scheduled the interview
2. Went to attend the same
3. Waited for some 2-3 hours for the interview to get started
4. Had a strong,brainstorming 1:1 technical round by a experienced techie guy
5. That guy "Technically Selected" me.
6. Went to next round for HR discussion
7. Told me to "leave for the day" as they are not pleased with my expected CTC part

O processo seletivo começou com o desafio técnico online 'Master the Mainframe', que foi a etapa principal. Após concluir o desafio, participei de uma entrevista onde conversamos sobre minhas experiências anteriores, fit cultural e houve também uma checagem do meu nível de conversação em inglês.
I loved the interview process. They conduct an logical puzzle bases games test which is very interesting and something which I have never seen in other companies. Also they conduct an assessment test which tests your thinking, approach, perspectives and behavior.
