He closed the interview in hardly 10 mins with out asking any probing questions and just criticised on the qualification. If the team is in a criticizing position, how many inventories does the design team made, how many pitches did they succeeded and where is IBM standing in terms of the design expertise? The Management has to think from this perspective then only they will get right candidates. Being panel does not mean, one should not respect other's time.
