Interview
The referral escort you from the entrance and you need to carry the resume. First round will be started with the Aptitude test and need to wait for the result, If you are qualified, second round will be the Group Discussion and if qualified, need to wait for the 1:1
Straightforward. Asked what is your expectation when it comes to work. Shared about the company interaction with various office (i,e have to work with regional IBM teams). Share about internal club etc. Also had to do a quiz (can google for similar quiz online) before official interview.

Interview
After I have been shortlisted, I had a few stages of interviews. With the HR, math test, then with the direct manager of the Procurement Department. The test was quite difficult because you have a limited time of 02:15 minutes to solve it.

Interview
The process was straightforward and simple. I met the recruiter at the career fair and was given an interview the following day. The interview was more behavioural. The did ask about work experience but weren't looking for anything specific.
