The first round was gd then telephonic interview. The interviewer asked questions related to what you have mentioned in resume. Then it was about why IBM. You should have good communication skills.
Over the phone interview in English
Then another one in Turkish ( the employer who did the interview was a native speaker and he was a kind person )
Then last one wasn't an interview...only i was asked 2 questions in English about language qualifications I guess...other than that it was negotiations and explaining work hours

O processo foi bem tranquilo, primeiro uma entrevista com o time de RH, depois uma entrevista com o gestor da área e por fim, uma entrevista técnica em inglês. Todos muito pacientes e prestativos ao longo do processo.
