There were four steps of the interview process:
First, Interactive games (to test math, problem solving skill), Second design challenge on Hertz, Third design challenge interview to explain your process, and final interview with the team leader.
The interview consisted of behavioral questions That were fairly straightforward. The team was very welcoming and kind. They asked about the design portfolio. Very nice company to work for would recommend
Klassisches Vorstellungsgespräch mit Präsentation eigener Projekte und kurzem Gespräch über Jobvorstellungen und Rahmenbedingungen. Zusätzlich bekam ich eine kurze Führung durch die Abteilung in welcher ich mich beworben hatte. Durchweg eine positive Erfahrung.
