      Entry Level Cognitive Developer Interview

      Apr 14, 2021
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at IBM in Mar 2021

      Interview

The interview process is fairly simple. Starts with a programming assessment and followed by a couple of technical interviews. The programming assessment was a hacker rank test with two questions. After a couple of weeks, two technical interviews were conducted. Both the interviews have had a blend of programming, resume-related and behavioral questions. It took more than a month after the interviews to give a simple no-reply email. And they declined to provide any feeback.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Most of the questions were resume-related and programming. But there were some behavioral questions as well.

I did two coding challenges. Both of them involved programming in Python and/or SQL, but I did not hear back after the second one.... Otherwise, it was fairly normal process, and I like the company alright.
