I first submitted my application online. Then after a few weeks, I had two 30-minute interviews with people in the department. One of them had typical behavioral questions, and the second was a conversation.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at IBM in Jan 2020

The interview process for this summer corporate communications and marketing internship took over two to three months from start to finish. It was a big waste of time and a waiting game. I had three interviews during this period.
