Earlier there use to be an assessment. Now they usually take two rounds of technical interviews. They also conduct GD for a group of students from one campus (if it's a campus hiring or a onsite hiring) and then followed by one or two interview rounds.

They asked me about myself and then followed it up with questions arising from my previous internships and experiences.
It’s was standard process, recruiter interview, formal interview, hiring manager interview and than global HRBP interview, salary discussion , 3 days for salary negotitations, 2-3 days offer provided by team, 10 days to background check.
Virtual interview, no camera, panel of 2 people, experienced based. I encourage you to just be yourself. its a very simple interview. they may get back within the same week.
I had great and smooth interview process with ibm. TA Partner assured very good communication during all the process. Professional way of managing the process, clear and transparent approach. Hiring manger explained the role in the and asked smart and relevant questions.
