I applied through college or university. I interviewed at IBM
Interview
Asked why I chose my course, what traits I have that are relevant for the job, what experience do I have that can be used for sales, how I will convince a company to buy a product, what I know about the company, etc.
Also asked situational scenarios which were a bit tricky. I don't think I got it right since the interviewer kept suggesting better solutions.

Question 1
What skills do you have that will be beneficial for a sales agent?
Multi-step interview process. 2nd interview was a roleplay presentation. Hiring was placed on hold after my 3rd interview. Final interview with a sales VP where he was unprepared and asked some questions over and over. A lot of things about the role seemed unknown.

Question 1
How do you go about prospecting and building your territory?
Slow interview process, not much feedback during waiting period between interviews. Lots of prep is needed for these interviews. I had to follow-up with the person managing my application a few times to get updates on when I would hear back from them.
