I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Albuquerque, NM) in Aug 2016
Interview
It took a week and a half for the team leader to schedule an interview and the interview was scheduled for a week out after that. At the interview, I was informed that the hiring process consists of an assessment, an interview with the CFO and then another assessment. The team leader stated that the first assessment was not pass/fail at all and that it was strictly a personality assessment, which was completely wrong information because the assessment included a vocabulary quiz AND an IQ testing portion. I didn't hear from them for 2 weeks after the interview, and then I got a call on Monday at 4:00 p.m. requesting that I come in to start the new hire paperwork the next day and work that week. The team leader assured me he would meet with me early in the morning to start the paperwork and discuss the position further. When I got in, the current Receptionist greeted me warmly and let me know that the team leader had three meetings right after another and he told her to start the training process until he could meet me with me, even though he never thought to tell me how much it PAID. One of the team leaders' scheduled interviewees had to wait 45 minutes for him to see her. When he was done with his interviews he left and brought his daughter back to the office and locked himself in his office for about an hour, came out and chatted and visited with everyone for about 30 minutes (except for me) and then finally met with me briefly for 5 seconds (it was already 3:30 p.m. at this point) to let me know the compensation was laughably low for the amount of administrative work the Receptionist has to take on besides Reception duties. If it was very basic Reception the pay would be fair, but the Receptionist has to do other people's jobs on top of her own, including Compliance paperwork, making it an Administrative Assistant position and NOT just a Receptionist position. The team leader then went home early. I was told by another anonymous employee that he actually goes home early very frequently.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Name a time when you had to deal with an upset/angry customer.
Great and no too hard and friendly people who just want to get to know you and ask a few simple questions amd if you have basic computer skills and a pleasant attitude
3 part interview including personality test. Basically kw version of Meyer Briggs. Also a very bizarrely personal "life goals" interview. It felt excessive given the director of first impression is a fancy name for receptionist that's overworked with additional job duties.

Question 1
They asked me about my personal goals, meaning family life, relationships, etc..it felt like an invasive and unnecessary dig into my private life outside of work.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Keller Williams
Interview
Once i applied, I received 2 online tests including the 16 personalities test which i found unique but a little odd. I received a call back for an interview in the office which i attended. I received a second call back to be interviewed with 3 other employees at this location. I received a 3rd call back for a presentation that lasted 2 hours which i found quite interesting since i was only going to be a front desk receptionist . After this presentation, i did not hear anything back and i reached out via email and never received a response. I find it very unprofessional to have my time wasted and not a solid response back.
