Interview
I applied online and was called a couple of days later to schedule the interview. I arrived early and the interviewer was late. I sat in a little room with no air circulation for about 15 minutes filling out a paper application and a personality test before she arrived. I asked for the results of my test and LaRose agreed to have them sent to me regardless of interview results. I have not yet received the results of the test.

LaRose asked very few questions about my skills or experience and instead did most of the talking in a monotone and fast paced rundown about the job responsibilities using mostly in-house acronyms that could not possibly make sense to an outsider.
LaRose asked "How old are you?" and "Do you have children?"

Interview
First interview they reviewed my DISC profile and then another six rounds of interviews including telling my life story. It was a very gruelling process but I kept at it.
