Very nice, but frenetic. They went over all of the commission splits and the fees. It was very quick. They seem to interview a lot of people and take on a lot of agents.

Easy and very smooth process which required only a salesperson license. one on one interview went very well and quick. Had no previous experience but that was alright because they have on site training for new agents that do not have any experience. Manager was friendly and office was organized with a lot of agents working.
