First there was a technical aptitude test. Then an algorithm test. Then a technical interview. Then the HR interview. Tech aptitude test and Algorithm test were Cutoff rounds. Most importance was given to technical interview and it was extraordinarily tough for anyone who is not very good with logic of programming. But someone with good sense of logic could crack it as more importance was given to the logic aspect of it than the syntax etc. HR interviews were more of a formality but the HR people were very supportive.
