I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Marcus & Millichap (Toronto, ON) in Aug 2015
Interview
There was an online test on sales aptitude assessment first. Then the manager called the second day to schedule a face-to-face meeting. The overall interview had a lot of behavioural questions, especially on details of cold calls. The job responsibilities is more like an internal real estate agent rather than an external one, just cold calls, meetings and paper work.
I interviewed at Marcus & Millichap (Washington, DC)
Interview
It was an introductory call, where the interviewer asked me a question about my experience and any questions I had. My interviewer then told me about the qualifications and what to expect from the job.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Marcus & Millichap (Miami, FL) in Dec 2023
Interview
I immediately received an email to schedule a phone call. I spoke with one of their members who talked about the firm, its direction, compensation, and job expectations. Pretty basic questions -- was mainly me telling them about myself.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Marcus & Millichap (New York, NY) in Apr 2020
Interview
Phone call, phone interview. Went well, very nice recruiter & interviewer. The questions originally were just the basic get to know you questions, the interview asked more specific questions that pertained to my skills transitioning into the role.
