The process is quite standard. Time and location preference are the first part. Willingness to be relocated, and flexible is always appreciated. Standard BI questions, including strength and weakness, teamwork, ability to solve problem, leadership skills, interpersonal skills and how to deal pressure. Related experience are highly recommended, at least customer service experience.

L’entretien se fait de manière complètement en ligne avec des questions précises, il demande de filmer puis de poster sur leur plateforme privée, puis vous répondez à trois questions directes. En soi, l'entretien est un peu superficiel et le manque de retour est désagréable car l'un se doit de savoir si la possibilité est présente ou non.
two interviews both online one with hr one with manager in a week or so, later on hr contacts for the visa purposes and relocation if eligible in the contract
