Interview
I first came across First Financial Group at a local job fair. The recruiter was very kind and later called me schedule an interview about a week after the fair. The interview process was relatively painless. It was more so like a regular conversation than anything else. The process consisted of several more interviews after the initial one. The latter interviews were used to find my right place with the company.

Interview
Super easy process overall. Just be yourself and show passion for the position in question. Great internship for anyone looking to get their foot in the door in insurance/sales/finance. Super nice staff and good training
The interview process was pretty standard and consisted of an initial call with the recruiter followed by 3 additional interviews with different managers. Was a good experience overall and they were very welcoming.
