Applications Engineer Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Boston, MA
No Offer
Negative Experience
Difficult Interview

Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MathWorks (Boston, MA) in April 2019.

Interview

Long, drawn out process. 4 phone interviews before being flown in for in person. Yes I had to prepare a presentation. I was treated very well by nearly everyone I encountered at Mathworks. However, the hiring manager got extremely ill tempered with me, for reasons I don't quite fathom; that left a very bad taste in my mouth for the company.
