Interview
The interview took maybe 20 minutes and the standard interview questions were asked. We had the interview outside on a bench. Bring a resume, they'll ask questions based off of it. I had my interview with only one of the store managers, but I know that sometimes it might be two of them.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Maurices (Salt Lake City, UT) in May 2025
Interview
Was very quick and questions were not difficult great for an entry level management job. Focused on basic leadership skills and customer service. You will have 2 interviews minimum starting with the general manager then the district manager.
Pretty simple. Brief conversation with store lead about past experience and current role expectations. Very laid back company and demands. Conversation did happen in person at the retail store itself in their back room.
Questions about deescalate situations, goals, experience, how to build teamwork etc. They also asked about role play situations regarding employees and leadership. Like how to handle a situation where an employee is not following standards or expectations
