Interview
The interview process was very simple... met with the store manager after contacting the HR coordinator for the store. He explained what was going to happen in the process, and was more inclined to give me a tour than to really vet me out as an applicant. The management trainee position exposes you to almost every department, and he made it very clear that at the end of the process I would have to transfer to a different location.

Interview Process was very easy. Had a sit down with HR then met with General manager. Was offered position within week of the interview. Was asked very basic questions. Was overall a positive interview process.

Interview
It was fairly easy. You apply online, then have a brief phone call followed up by an in person interview. The in person interview was fairly in depth. You must start as a lowly manager trainee before moving up within the company.
