Meta Internal Recruiter (her email is internal meta) contacted me with the usual 'your experience, skills are impressive blah blah, lets schedule an interview...blah blah'. I scheduled interview with the internal meta recruiter and she never showed up to the interview. I took time off from my current project to make time for her to interview me about my 30+ years of experience in tech industries. Long after our scheduled interview time slot was over, she finally responded to my messages with a statement that she decided I do not have all the experience that is clearly stated on my resume, linkedin, etc. It was super disrespectful of my time and I don't appreciate a recruiter accusing me of having a linkedin and resume that is falseified. It was truly bizarre.
