Started with a HR phone call, next interviewed with the person I would be replacing, then interviewed with 6 people via google hangouts, some on the team and others off. Process was quick and very effectively managed. Actually went so quickly I had to drop out of other processes. Everyone was very open to my questions and concerns about making the switch from large company to start-up. Interview difficulty varied but overall gave me a realistic and holistic view of the team, the company, the work I'd be doing, and my manager. The best interview process I have been through by far!!
