Standard corporate interview process for entry level position. Was asked to attempt to sell an item. Was asked what plans were future. This was for seasonal but was told beforehand that after season is over there was potential to be offered longer time position.

What are your strengths and weaknesses? How to sell a pen to a customer? How familiar with handling money?
Easy and quick, pretty laid back process. It's an initial phone call to screen/schedule an in person interview and then the in person interview lasted about 15 minutes. Pretty conversational and standard questions.
Fast. Very friendly. Questionnaire!!!! But process goes quick. Manager is friendly and interview went fine. Super friendly conversation. Seasonal is easier to enter. After season is over it is easy to stay as a permanent employee.

Easy questions, asking for availability. Mostly part time coworkers that they were looking for to fill in shifts. You should be knowledgeable in arts and craft suppies. Be enthusiastic and ready to learn
