Standard you do the hiring call then the manager and then a challenge, overall it’s a really simple process but they do a great job of painting a real picture of the role

Interview
The interview process starts with a discussion with a recruiter. Following this, you have conversations via video with managers/peers. If one advances, there is a presentation challenge at the end.
The challenge requires some prep time, but you are given all the information that you need. In addition to this, a pre-challenge call with a manager allows you to ask as many questions as you need. I felt prepared and encouraged to do my best.
