I was excited about the opportunity and had high expectations given this is a well-known tech company. Unfortunately, the interview process did not reflect the level of professionalism I anticipated.
Minutes before my scheduled video interview, I received a message that the interview could no longer take place. While unexpected situations happen, there was a significant delay in rescheduling. The new interview date was later canceled with the explanation that the position had already been filled.
The overall communication felt delayed, disorganized, and inconsiderate of a candidate’s time and preparation. I left feeling the process lacked transparency and proper coordination.
I hope the company improves its hiring experience to better reflect the strong brand reputation it promotes to the public.
