What would your colleagues say is your biggest strength?
The interview process consisted of two technical rounds followed by one managerial round. I did not receive an offer after the process, but the overall experience was positive. The recruiter contacted me, and within three days the interviews were scheduled, which reflected an efficient hiring process. All the interview panelists were professional, supportive, and approachable throughout the discussions. They asked relevant questions, provided clarification whenever needed, and created a comfortable environment that allowed me to express my thoughts confidently. Even though the outcome was not favorable, I appreciated the experience and the opportunity to interact with the team.
