Very easy and to the point. Asked basic questions and was straightforward. We sat outside near the store and it was not stressful. Asked about availability and how I was with coworkers and customers.

Interview
It was not too formal since the job position was just working in retail. I wore pants and a nice shirt and had an interview in the store in the back office area.
Straight forward and easy - it was a group interview that involved group exercise surrounded on Nike ethics & culture. All in all, the experience was enjoyable and I loved working for the company - many great perks.
