I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at NetSuite (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2012
Interview
The interview process was long. The recruiter on the phone did say the process is quite detailed. Interviewed with 5 people including the recruiter, and there was little to no indication of how things were going along the way. Most sessions were over 1 hour. Again, each person that I interviewed with did say, company cultural fit is VERY important so they take their time. If they didn't keep saying this, I would rank this process negatively but it put the process into context.
There was a 3 week gap between two interviews. However, after the last interview, I did get a phone call about 60 minutes after the call, offing me the job. After that there was still the background check and reference check which took another couple weeks. Long process but the fit is definitely key and I'm still here.

Question 1
How would I handle an account that was going sideways? What would you do to get it back on track and signed up?

Interview
My recent interview experience with a recruiter was quite disappointing and unprofessional. Firstly, she informed me of the need to reschedule our meeting, but this happened not once, but twice, causing inconvenience. When we finally connected over Zoom, she started the call without turning on her camera, stating it wasn't necessary for our discussion, leaving me alone with the camera on speaking to a void. Throughout the conversation, it became evident that she lacked interest in her responsibilities and seemed disengaged. She even mentioned that if I don't receive any response from her in 2 weeks means I've disqualified from this position. To add to the oddities, she even retracted the email requesting a reschedule, perhaps out of fear of scrutiny from her superiors, which struck me as extremely peculiar, especially receiving such notifications late at night. Overall, it was a highly unprofessional encounter that left much to be desired
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at NetSuite (London, England) in Jul 2018

group discussion task during the day and then 1:1 and you are being watched and assessed on how well you come across in a discussion review on performance, nothing hard very nice and laid back environment
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NetSuite (Melbourne) in Aug 2015
Interview
Team were friendly and open, honest. They were clear on their direction and purpose. While management are fairly new, they appeared fair and reasonable, keen to really make the company a success in Australia. I got a great vibe from the team. The process started with a first interview then a role play where they gave you a sales scenario and asked you to go in and 'do what you do' to further qualify the deal. Pretty smart if you ask me.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
They were very interested in the qualification process and how quickly you can close the deal. I got the sense that this fast paced company were keen to get execs that can quickly qualify and get the deal closed.
They wanted you to perform a role play as though you were going out on a first sales call with a prospect. Keen to understand your style and qualification capabilities...
