The process was extremely mismanaged. Couple of things stood out for me:
-After being informed by the Hiring Partner, I will be going through to next rd, the HR sends an email that they have decided not to progress
-After backchanneling with the Hiring Partner, the process started again but for another role which I figured since the follow-up interviews were with a different team
-No callback or feedback after going through final interview - just a one line email from HR
