Process was quick with two initial interviews, one case study/call review, and an offer. The offer took a while to be finalized due to end of quarter budget adjustments. Questions were behavioral and included a call review/ mock coaching feedback.

How would you maintain professional distance while managing those close in age?
Four stages, went to interview in London and presented. Huge amount of Time and cost. The role was vague and information on line was limited and out of date. The interview was with 5 people.
Interview process was pretty standard. It included a recruiter call, hiring manager call, and a panel presentation. It also included speaking and being interviewed by peers (other managers) and potential direct reports (BDRS).

Oracle is one the leader company in the world. For business development, they are looking for really experienced people. It was nice and very professional. I havent got any offer because I didnt prepared well. However, they asked some challenging behavioral questions.
