Straightforward. Got an email asking to interview with the team. Process was short. I realized the job wasn't for me and didn't want to move forward, but the team was very nice about it and it was an overall good experience.

Tell us about yourself, why you want to work here, etc.
Had a task and few interviews then a super day with 3 back to back interviews. Was quite confusing as I was rejected a month later with a generic email not even from the recruiter. The process was weird with no real structure. The organization seems like a mess. And then I found out what the company ACTUALLY DOES and I’m so glad I didn’t get through. Zero morals and literally fund war on children. CEO also seems dark and twisted so I’m very happy I didnt get through.
The usual phone screen interview was conducted. It took about thirty to forty minutes, consisted of the basic questions. The interviewee was late for the phone call and missed one interview so it was rescheduled.
