To many hoops to jump through. Phone interview, background test, assesment test, and a 3 hour inteview process with 6 people. They were not on time, they did not introduce themselves properly, they did not offer a bathroom break or water in between interviews. The questions were to easy and they did not have a clear understanding of multi level user systems and the key role each person plays at each level. To many oversights. A weekly meeting with group, then a one on one, and then a monthly, quarterly, and yearly review. How in the world could you get your job done with so many meetings to review your performance? I should charge them my hourly rate for my time maybe if people did that then they would streamline their interview process. It's a job people not a calling nobody wants to work for free and nobody wants to work late into the night so that they get a happy company vibe. Child please!
