The hiring process is in multiple steps. They begin with a HireVue, then you interview with the potential manager, you will also do a presentation on a subject of choice to show presenting skills. After that, you will interview up the chain with leadership including Sales Director to VP and possibly to the very top. They do this to promote a culture of open door leadership within.

Interview
The interview process was thorough yet easy going and is designed to find the right candidates for the company. I definitely think it leads to a better assessment of candidate/company future relationships. They did a great job of letting you know what to expect and followed up with you throughout the process to keep you informed.

The hiring process is very long. Typically you do an interview with HR, then a Video interview and then you speak with the potential manager.
Once you get to the manager the process is that his boss has to sign off too.
Salary really isnt very negotiable.
