Set up a virtual interview a week in advance. Once on the call, recruiter only asked one question pertaining to my location. Said I was too far (although my address is attached to my application and I was aware of what location I applied to) and that he would make a note to a recruiter closer to my area. I received an email the position was filled after and no update.
Very easy , show up on time , dressed nice and ready to communicate efficiently. It was a Microsoft teams interview so have good lighting , I used a ring light .

Very simple, no skills needed. Seem to really need employees. No drug test. Must be willing to travel, with paid mileage. They respond quickly and don’t make you wait a month like some employers. Nice process.
