PROS: Interviewers made the applicants feel comfortable, they had interviewees meet people across different functions, interviewers seemed interested in identifying fit, they asked complex/quality questions, and they were quick in scheduling interview appts.
CONS: Did not always understand the next steps of the process and took an extended amount of time in the final selection process
